Tbilisi Stock Exchange Announces Supervisory Board Composition Changes and Appoints New Chairman

In accordance with Article 215 of the Law of Georgia on Entrepreneurs, the Tbilisi Stock Exchange (TSE, Identification code: 405099682) hereby informs its shareholders of recent changes made to the composition of the Exchange's Supervisory Board.

By decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of TSE held on 25 September 2025, the following updates were approved:

• Irakli Kirtava (P/N 01024000443) and Giorgi Tkhelidze (P/N 01005001579) were re-elected to the Supervisory Board for a new 3-year term.
• Giorgi Tripolsky (P/N 01024001112) was elected to the Supervisory Board for a 3-year term, replacing Tea Jokhadze (P/N 01009003088).
• Otar Sharikadze (P/N 01024019905) was elected to the Supervisory Board for a 3-year term, replacing Meri Chachanidze (P/N 11001007323).

Furthermore, at the Supervisory Board meeting held on 19 December 2025, Board member Otar Sharikadze (P/N 01024019905) was elected as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Tbilisi Stock Exchange for a 3-year term.
