Established on May 7, 2015, JSC Tbilisi Stock Exchange (TSE) is a leading organized securities market in Georgia. The TSE operates under a stock exchange license granted by the National Bank of Georgia (NBG) on July 3, 2015 (Decree No. 321). Furthermore, on July 19, 2022, the NBG granted Recognized Organized Market status to the TSE’s Category A and Category B listing segments.
The TSE fully complies with international standards for securities trading, providing a transparent and efficient investment environment for both local and foreign investors.
